Angled aerial view of an urban infill lot among villas, townhouses and apartments, with parcel boundaries and survey contours

The Site Check.

Enter an address. See the hazards, zoning, services and rules that reach the boundary. Export it.

An address in. A sourced report out.

  1. Start from the address

ARRO finds the parcel, its legal description and its titles. Add neighbouring parcels if the site spans more than one.

  2. Checks run on the boundary

Hazard, zoning and service layers are queried against the parcel itself, not a point. Checks also reach 200 m beyond the boundary.

  3. Read what applies

Zoning with its source status, plan standards with their clauses, consent triggers, and the lot ceiling for a net area you enter.

  4. Export the report

The map you were looking at, its legend, and every check with its source and the time it was run.

Checks run against the parcel boundary, and within 200 m of it. Your team confirms the applicable provisions with the council before design.
